Arthur L. Wahl
Founder and Chairman
With over 50 years of experience in commercial real estate, Mr. Wahl is one most accomplished and respected brokers in the Pacific Northwest. Mr. Wahl successfully navigated a national roll out strategy for such retailers as Costco, Starbucks, Eagle Hardware ( now Lowes) IKEA, Sur La Table and Seattle’s Best Coffee.

He has been responsible for the work in the greater Seattle area for Gap, Old Navy and Banana Republic and helped develop local Krispy Kreme stores.

Mr. Wahl enjoys spending time with family, swimming, golf and traveling the world.
Austin Cohn
Principal/ Shareholder
Mr. Cohn’s primary expertise is evaluating the highest and best use for commercial properties. He has extensive knowledge of current zoning, future zoning changes, municipal partnerships and real time market conditions that affect the ability to develop property.
Mr. Cohn is also versed in purchasing commercial real estate on behalf of clients with an innate ability to identify flaws in deals that save his clients money, time and stress. In his free time, Mr. Cohn enjoys coaching his children’s teams, spending time with his lovely wife, exercise, reading, golf and travel.
Chris Duke
Business Intelligence Engineer
Mr. Duke has helped negotiate over $300 million in sales during his career that spans two decades in the business world. Mr. Duke owns multiple commercial properties and draws on his widespread knowledge to provide analysis in an advisory capacity to the firm.

When not working, Mr. Duke is active in coaching Special Olympics, spending time with family, exercise and reading.
